Microfiber Pretreat System
Your staff will love you for bringing this revolutionary way to clean into your business. They will clean faster, easier and better. Their health will improve and you don't have people lugging around heavy buckets of dirty water. And your customers won't be grossed out anymore by that stinky mop sitting in the corner.
- Fill solution bucket with cleaning agent (see solution table)
- Place mops microfiber face down in clean bucket (green)
- Pour solution over mops
- Place lid on bucket, making sure seal snaps in place on 4 corners
- Flip bucket over and let sit for a minimum of 15 minutes
- Place prepared clean bucket on trolley with dirty bucket
- To place frame on pad:
- For pocket frame, collapse frame by pressing button, line up the edges of frame in front of opening of pockets and press firmly to "snap" frame into mop.
- For hook frame, simply place the hook frame onto the pad and press firmly
- Clean floor
- To remove fram from pad:
- For pocket frame, hold mop and frame above waist level, push button on frame to release bottom of mop. Place mop and frame in dirty bucket and pull frame away leaving the dirty mop in bucket.
- For hook frame, place feet firmly on edges of pad that is available on the edges, pull frame up, grab pad by the tab and place in dirty mop in bucket.

- Unpack products
- Assemble handle to mop frame
- Assemble handle to mini-mop frame
- Assemble dust wave head to duster handle
- Place dust mop covers on wire frames
- Assemble dust mop head to dust mop handle (with clip)
- Post mixing instructions in Janitor Closet or on Cart
- Attach labels to 4 spray bottles for Basic H2 solutions< (It is also convenient to mix by the gallon and have the solutions mixed and ready to use in the Janitor Closet. If you need additional labels for this application, just notify us and we’ll provide them!)
- Mix Basic H2 solution and place in bottles
- Mix Basic G solution and place in bottle
- Throw away the string mop head. It’s cotton, so it will “degrad" in the landfill. Keep the handle, you’ll find another use for it! The mop bucket will become a back-up for a time when you want someone to work harder than they really need to. We are still working on the designs to convert the mop bucket into a planter; because it just doesn’t make sense to send it to the landfill. Organize the pads, bucket, etc. in the Janitor Closet or Cart.
